By buying the entrance ticket, the Visitor automatically accepts the regulations and rules pertaining to this event location.
To safely stage HALL events, the organizers reserve the right to place limitations on the objects and appliances that can brought to the event location; it is strictly prohibited to enter with e.g. professional image, video or audio recording appliances, toxic or inflammable materials, dangerous objects (glass objects, weapons, knives, etc.), pyrotechnic devices, alcoholic beverages and narcotic substances.
At concerts, audio and video recordings are taken, where you may as well appear. In this respect, you may not have any claim against the organizers, the event operators or the performers/artists.
Video recordings or photo images in the area of or over the event location with the use of drones may be taken solely with the prior written consent of the organizers, in compliance with all the relevant legal regulations, by not compromising the safety of the participants in any manner.
The sound and light effects used at the concert may result in physical discomfort or hearing impairment for those being sensitive to such effects. You should be aware of this fact when entering the location at your own responsibilities.
Objects lost and found are collected in the cloakroom of HALL together with all the personal belongings left in the cloakroom, and then kept for one week following the second business day of the given event at the reception desk of Lovarda Cultural and Conference Center. The organizers may not be made liable for any property damage that arises from the irresponsible conduct of the Visitor.
Visitors under the age of 14 years may enter the event location solely under the supervision of major relatives. Alcoholic beverages may not be served to visitors under the age of 18 years and people already being under the influence of alcohol.
It is forbidden to drive any vehicle into the event location without permission to be issued by the organizers. Even those permitted to enter the event location are obliged to fully abide by the regulations of the Highway Code (KRESZ) at the location.
The Great Forest area in Debrecen is a protected zone! It is strictly forbidden to cause any damage or impairment to natural values, pollution or – for instance – to make a fire! Any violation of the rules of nature conservation entails serious sanctions!
Smoking is permitted solely at the specifically designated locations.
The organizers reserve the right to change the rules of entering the location or the scheduled program.
No admission may be granted with damaged wristbands!
